These agents, Mr. Jose Villalobos Sr., and Mr. Jose Villalobos Jr., arrived at approximately 10:30 a.m. and completed their work by 1:30 p.m. Throughout their time here they were friendly and courteous, extremely efficient, and conducted themselves in manner that was completely unobtrusive for the work they needed to perform. They carefully handled and were very respectful of the computer equipment, cabling, personal items and furnishing belonging to the Deputy Chief; and they restored the office to its original set-up prior to their departure. These technicians completed their work in a manner reflecting the highest standards of professionalism, competence and quality service. They are a credit to your firm and we thank you for sending them for this project.

Commercial Carpets returned today to put the furniture back into Mr. Michael Carty’s office. An employee of Brickfield was supervising where each piece of furniture was to be placed. Mr. Paul Kassaie from Commercial Carpets and his staff were very accommodating and cooperative with the Brickfield employee. After Commercial Carpets completed the job, I went up to do a final inspection, and everyone was satisfied with the results.

We would like to thank you and your staff for such excellent and rapid service. Mr. Kassaie and his staff did an excellent job with the carpet installation.

I wanted to take an opportunity to let you know what a great experience I had going into your store on Pickett Street in Alexandria. My husband and I just bought our first home and felt very excited to be buying carpet for it. Before going into your store we had met with some in home sales people but did not enjoy our experience. When I walked into your store I was immediately greeted by someone who welcomed me and told me that someone would be out in a second to greet me. Mr. Thomas Sieracki was the one who came out to greet me. He was friendly and professional from the very beginning. I felt he listened to what we were looking for and when I told him what our budget was, he let me see all the selections that fit within our budget without making me feel that we were missing out on something greater. Then when I told him our hopeful timeline, he and his manager bent over backward to make sure our home was measured and the carpet we chose was ordered on time. In our whole home buying experience, the carpet was by far the easiest and most pleasant experience and that is due to Thomas and the whole Pickett team. You have customer for life.

I would like to express my appreciation for the exemplary quality of the work done at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement building. Our facility, with over 75,000 square feet, is mixed use and includes private offices, conference rooms, large areas of system furniture and a number of technical labs. CCA managers of this project, Sean Flannery and Scott Averys, were diligent in planning out the project in detail, staying abreast of the progress being made, overcoming number challenges and keeping my staff informed status. The re-carpeting of this entire area was completed without disruption of any of our operations. The results make it clear that your crew, lead by Jose Villalobos, works quickly and efficiently while exercising great care with delicate equipment.

It was only through combined perseverance and persistence that the (SunTrust Bank's) Chinatown project was successfully opened on May 8th and I could not have done it without Commercial Carpets of America. Thank you for providing superior and unmatched professional service.

I just wanted to let you know what a marvelous job Earle Jenkinson did installing our carpet! He was obviously a seasoned professional. He suggested some minor modifications on the design which turned out perfectly.

He noticed that part of the hallway was wider than another part and adjusted his measurements so that the new sections aligned properly. He was very patient with people coming and going on the hallway while he worked and stepping over his work. He was just a pleasure to have in our office. I wanted to make sure and let you know we are very pleased!

Your project manager, Sean Flannery, has been readily available to make modifications to carpet installation needs on short notice as well as come out personally to insure our specifications and requirements are met. We are greatly appreciative of the service he has provided us. Please take this to mean more than a thanks. The Office of the Inspector General truly appreciates the customer service, professional expertise, and assistance your employees have extended to our office throughout the installation of over 4,000 yards of carpet.

Your company recently installed carpeting in my apartment and I found the installers to be pleasant and they worked skillfully and professionally. I was impressed by the fact that cleaned up the "mess" after installation had been completed. They were careful with replacing my furniture and insisted that I check each item for proper placement and possible damage. Your flooring consultant, Kathryn Iacone, was excellent and gave me sound advice from her considerable knowledge as well as assurance through my pangs of indecision and sheer ignorance regarding carpet construction. I have recommended your company to friends and hope they will avail themselves of a very positive experience.
